These terms apply to the Rallo app, made by Doveling. By using Rallo you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

What Rallo is

Rallo is a tool for running and scoring recreational padel, pickleball, badminton and tennis sessions. Scores and tables are worked out from what you enter. Rallo is not an official scoring or rating system, and court-cost figures are only a record you keep; Rallo never holds, moves or connects to money.

Purchases

• Rallo is free to use. Rallo Pro is optional: a yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your records

You're responsible for what you enter, including the names of the people you add, and for keeping your own exports. We can't recover data that was only on a lost or erased iPhone.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app.

Changes and termination

We may update Rallo and these terms. If terms change materially, we'll update the date above. You can stop using Rallo at any time by deleting it.

Rallo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
