Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Rallo helps you run padel, pickleball, badminton and tennis sessions and keep score. It has no accounts and no servers of its own. This policy explains what that means.

What stays on your iPhone

These are stored on your device. If you use Rallo on an Apple Watch, the Watch and your iPhone exchange the score of the match being played directly, through Apple's WatchConnectivity; nothing goes through our servers. If you connect a TV, Rallo shows the live board or the table on it; it's displayed, not uploaded.

What leaves your iPhone

Rallo doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and never asks for your name, email or phone number. The voice calls use the speech built into iOS, on your device.

Money

Court costs in Rallo are only numbers you type in. Rallo never connects to banks, cards or wallets and never holds or moves money.

Deleting your data

Everything Rallo stores is on your iPhone (and your Watch) and is deleted when you delete the app. If you email us, we keep that email only as long as we need to answer it.

Children

Rallo is not directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
