Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Doveling. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Doveling.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Doveling.

The service

Doveling lets two paired people privately share wishes, promises, to-dos, and memories. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions

• Doveling offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks additional features. One subscription covers both people in a pair.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
• Free features remain subject to usage limits described in the app.

Your content

• You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you and your paired partner.
• Content you add in a paired relationship is shared with your partner. Don't add anything you wouldn't want them to see.
• You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Doveling to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Ending the relationship & your account

Either person can unpair at any time, which permanently deletes the shared content for both. You can delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently erases your data.

Disclaimers

Doveling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akshit Kanaujia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Doveling.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
